Returns Policy
Our Commitment to You
We aim to provide you with quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right:
- Notify us in writing via email at sales@t34.co.uk
- Clearly state your intention to cancel and include your order number.
You are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition, and you will need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Please note that we do not accept returns for personalised items or products that have otherwise been specially made to order unless they are faulty.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:
- A full refund if reported within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- A repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe if reported after 30 days but within 6 months.
If your product is incorrect or faulty in any way, please email us a photo of your product highlighting the problem before returning it to us and we will advise on further steps.
If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will issue a refund. Please contact us at sales@t34.co.uk to arrange a return. We will cover the cost of postage for faulty or damaged items.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
How to Return Items
- Contact us at sales@t34.co.uk to initiate the return process, or download, print and complete a returns from here. (once clicked the returns form will either open in a new tab, or be automatically saved in your downloads folder)
- Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) only; no refund will be made for postage fees.
If your original order qualified for free postage, but you return an item for a refund and the subsequent total value of your order falls below the free delivery threshold, then an adjustment will be made to your refund to reflect postage charges.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
